Home in Llangynidr
New build between Crickhowell and Brecon
In 2022, GRH Building Contractors were instructed to demolish a bungalow and construct a new-build home in the heart of the Welsh countryside. Set in the small village of Llangynidr, within the Brecon Beacons National Park, the site enjoys stunning views across to the Black Mountains - a truly idyllic location. Using locally sourced stone and materials, GRH combined excellent craftsmanship with years of experience to create a property that blends seamlessly into its surroundings. The result is a beautiful home that will be enjoyed for generations to come.
Home in Llanfoist
Single storey extension with garden transformation
GRH were commissioned to build a single storey extension to this family property to create extra living space and easy access to the garden. The project features a roof lantern in the extension and bi-fold doors leading outside. Included in the brief was a garden landscape transformation featuring cedar wood slat fencing, a porcelain tiled patio and raised flower beds.
